摘要

Abstract

The cupric hydrophosphate was prepared using copper oxide and phosphorous acid as raw material. The copper oxide was prepared by neutralization with acidic etching solution and sodium hydroxide. The sample was characterized by XRD, IR, DTA and SEM. The results indicated that the crystal structure of the cupric hydrophosphate belongs to monoclinic system. The lattice parameters are: a =0. 8575 nm, b = 0. 6322 nm, c = 0. 6785 nm, β = 94. 25°. The effects of acidity, reaction temperature and time on the recovery rate of copper, and the effects of reaction temperature and time,phosphorous acid concentration on the quality of cupric hydrophosphate were discussed respectively. The results showed that the recovery rate of copper was maximal when the pH was 6.5-7.0, the reaction temperature was 90 ℃, and the reaction time was 60 min respectively, and that the resultant of the cupric hydrophosphate with fine dispersive capability and perfect crystal form was mainly composed of the powders with average diameter of 1 μm when the mass fraction of phosphorous acid was 65 %-75 %, the reaction temperature was 70-80 ℃, and the reaction time was 30 min respectively.
