2010年聊城地区手足口病病原学检测结果分析

Abstract
Objective To understand the etiology of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Liaocheng region in year of 2010.Methods Throat swabs from 240 patients with the disease, including 27 severe cases, were collected in Liaocheng in June 2010,and tested for viral RNA by real-time RT-PCR, the samples were initially screened. The positive samples were further appraised by EV71-specific and CA16-specific primer. Results The positive rate of enterovirus was 70.4％ (169/240). Of which, 142 were EV71 positive, six were CA16 positive, and 21 were non-CA16 and EV71 enterovirus. The ratio among EVT1, CA16 and nonCA16 and EV71 was 23.7 : 1 : 3.5, respectively. Of the 27 severe cases, 22 were EV71 positive. Conclusion The main pathogen for hand-foot-and-mouth disease seen in Liaocheng, in 2010, was EV71, and some other enteric viruses were presented at the same time. EV71 infection is much likely to cause severe complications.关键词
