熔体分层对BaBiBO4晶体生长的影响
Effect of Melt Layer on the Crystal Growth of BaBiBO4
摘要
Abstract
The effect of melt layer on the crystal growth of BaBiBOn was investigated during the growth processing of BaBiBO4 crystal by flux method. In the experiment, BaBiBO4 was grown from a flux of Li2M03O10 by the spontaneous nucleation and top-seeded growth method. The crystals obtained from the two methods were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) and Raman spectrum. The results indicated that crystals obtained from the two methods are different owing to the melt layer during the growth processing. BaMoO4 polycrystal was obtained by the spontaneous nucleation method and single crystal of LiBaB9O15was obtained by top-seeded growth method.关键词
