稀土Gd3+掺杂TiO2纳米带的制备及其光催化性能研究
Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of Gd3+-doped TiO2 Nanoribbons

Abstract
Using titanate nanoribbons prepared by hydrothermal method as precursor, and Gd3+-doped TiO2 nanoribbons were synthetized by the second hydrothermal method. The microstructures, morphology and the specific surface area of the sample were characterized by XRD, TEM and N2 absorptiondesorption experiment. The effect of Gd3 + concentrations and the second hydrothermal temperatures on the properties were discussed. The experiment results showed that Gd3+ -doped TiO2 nanoribbons retained the anatase phase, nevertheless, morphology of the nanoribbons were destroyed if the second hydrothermal temperature was too high. The photocatalytic activities of the Gd3 + -doped TiO2 nanoribbons improved by doping. The optimal dopant concentration of Gd3+ was 5.0%. The sample prepared at 180 ℃ doped with 5.0% Gd3 + showed the best photocatalytic activity and the methyl orange concentration reduced as much as 68% after 180 min of reaction.关键词
