摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rhPTH1-34 in treating post-menopausal osteoporosis. Methods 50 patients with post-menopausal osteoporosis were invided into 2 groups randomly and an open, controlled trial was conducted . The treating group included 37 patients ,they received rhPTH 1-34 20μ g/d, IH; The controlled group included 13 patients ,they received Calcitonin 20U/w, IM , all of them received Caltrate With Vitamin D600 Tablets 0. 6g/d, orally. This two groups were treated for 6 months. Results At base line ,this two groups showed no significant difference in ages, BMD of L1-4 , average BMD of lumbar, and trochanter of femur,but they showed significant difference in BMD of femoral neck and Ward's area. This two groups droped one patient respectively; By the end of the trial, BMD of L2 of the treating group increased more significantly than that of the controlled group( P < 0. 05 ), BMD of femoral neck increased less than that of the controlled group( P < 0. 05 ), BMD of Ward's area decreased , also less than that of the controlled group( P < 0. 05 ) , BMD of other sites showed no significant differences (P >0. 05 ); As for the treating group itself, BMD of L1 、L2 、L3 、L4 and average BMD of lumbar increased significantly( P < 0. 05 ), BMD of femoral neck and trochanter of femur increased,but not significantly(P > 0. 05) , BMD of Ward's area decreased , but also not significantly( P > 0. 05 ); As for the controlled group, BMD of L3 and average BMD of lumbar increased significantly( P < 0. 05 ),BMD of L1、 L2、L4、 femoral neck and Ward's area increased , but not significantly ( P > 0. 05 ), BMDof trochanter of femur decreased, but also not significantly( P > 0. 05 ) ;2 new fractures occurred in the treating group, one was fracture of the right humerus,the other was compressed fracture of lumbar; 1 new fracture of right fibula occurred in the controlled group; The insidence of side effects were similar in this two groups. Conclusion Efficacy of rhPTH1-34 was similar to that of Calcitonin in treating post-menopausal osteoporosis,and it's safe ,with light side effects .关键词
