摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in hypothalamus-basal ganglia region by the operation with small bone window approach and intraoperative and postoperative attention. Methods 121 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in hypothalamus-basal ganglia region were treated with the operation by small bone window approach to remove the hematoma. CT examination effects were observed after operation. Results 105 patients , hematoma remove ratio was 80％ ～ 95％ . 16 cases were rebleeding , within which 12 cases do not need another operation, 4 cases of large amount of hleeding requiring again surgery. Conclusion The key is to strictly control the operation of small bone window approach for surgical indications. Small bone window approach for the treatment of hypertension hypothalamus-basal ganglia hemorthage is efficient. fast, simple-operation, less invasive and effective.关键词
