摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate allergens of children with asthma in Chengdu district and provide the basis for prevention and treatment of children with asthma. Methods The skin prick tests were undertaken by using the prick reagents of the " ALK" company , and histamine hydrogen chloride was used as the positive control and physiologic saline as the negative one. Results The skin prick tests were performed in the 452 cases,297 cases were the positive , the positive rate was the 65. 7 percent.The positive rate of the skin prick test in the mite allergens is much higher than the other ones ( x2 inspection,P ＜ 0. 01) . With age growing , the children with asthma are more sensitive to inhalant allergens. Conclusion The study illustrates that the allergens are the important factor causing asthma . The mite is the main allergens causing asthma in children in our district. Children who have asthma frequently have some kind allergens positive results. Skin prick test can be used as the first screening test to check the allergens in children with asthma.关键词
