Abstract
Objective To investigate the practical value of combined treatment by invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation on COPD patients with exacerbate respiratory failure. Methods 35 cases of COPD acute exacerbation with tracheobronchial & pulmonary infection, complicated by Exacerbate Respiratory Failure were treated with invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation. Results All 35 patients successfully remove the respirator. Conclusion Combined treatment by invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation can reduce the IPPV using time, avoid disadvantage resulted from long time using IPPV,can adequately utilize the noninvasive and less complication advantage of noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment.关键词
