摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of microsurgery in the patients with brain arteriovenous malformation. Methods 44 patients with brain arteriovenous malformation in our hospital from Decemher 2007 to June 2010 were selected as research object, and all the patients were randomly divided into group A( microsurgery group) 22 cases and group B ( endovascular embolization group)22 cases,then the COS score,incidences of complications, patients or family satisfaction rates and SF-36 score of the two groups hefore and after the treatment were detected, analyzed and compared. Results According the study and comparison, the GOS score of group A was better than that of group B,patients or family satisfaction rate of group A was higher than that of group B , SF-36 scores were higher than those of group B , there were significant or very significant differences ( P ＜ 0. 05 0r P ＜ 0. 01 ) , but the incidences of complications of the two groups had no significant differences( P ＞ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The clinical effect of microsurgery in the patients with brain arteriovenous malformation is better, comprehensive advantages are obvious , and it is worthy of extend and application.关键词
