Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects and harmful reactions of rHuEpo in those patients undergoing elective operation for mobilization of RBC before operation and recovery from anemia after surgery. Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were used rHuEpo 8000IU intravenously on the seventh day before operation and on the third day after operation, the control group were only given 200mg Fe 2 + , we observed changes of the clinical symptom,RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT、ferritin and the renal and hepatic effects at the time before and after operation, we also observed the percentage of RBC in the bone marrow. Results rHuEpo can significantly improve the levels of HGB, HCT, and RBC , and the ratio of RBC in each stage of treatment group is higher than that of control group. Conclusion rHuEpo is effective in treating anemia,so we can avoid or reduce the transfusion of allogenic blood.关键词
