硫普罗宁治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss treatment efficacy and safety of tiopionin for alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 60 alcoholic fatty liver patients were divided randomly into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The ohservation group was treated with tiopionin, the control group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate. Then clinical effect in each group was observed. Results Total effective rate of the observation group ( 90. 00％ ) was higher than that of the control group (67. 7％ ) ;The patients imaging and biochemical test results in observation group showed significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Tiopronin is worthy of clinical application to treat alcoholic fatty liver because it possesses the advantages of high clinical effects and safty.关键词
