摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Zhusheye in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods This study included 61 patients with early diabetic nephropathy. They were further divided into two subgroups randomly, and treated with regular modern medicine. The treatment group (31 cases)was treated to Huangqi Zhusheye , one time everyday for 3 weeks, the control group (30 cases)only treated with regular modern medicine. Results After treatment, the fast glucose of the treating group was ( 7. 11 ± 1.02) mmol/L, PG2h was ( 10. 97 ± 1.4) mmol/L , the fast glucose of the control group was (8.06 ± 1.23 )mmol/L, PG2h was ( 11.57 ± 1.70). The β2-MG of the treating group was (0. 27 ± 0. 06) μg/L, UAER was (64. 0 ± 11.8) μg/min,the β2-MG of the control group was (0. 33 ±0. 10 ) μg/L,UAER was(71.2 ± 16. 2) μg/min. Compared to control group, the treatment group were better at decreasing blood glucose and uromicroalbunminuria. Conclusion Huangqi Zhusheye can offer good clinical treating for early diabetic nephropathy.关键词
