茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of combining use of Yinzhihuang oral solution with siliankangpian in treatment of breast milk jaundice. Methods 156 infants with breastmilk jaundice were randomly divided into two groups, 78 cases of control group used phenoharhitone tablet, 78 cases of observation group were given Yinzhihuang oral solution combined with siliankangpian . Results The declining value of biliruhin in observation group was obviously higher than the control group (P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Application of Yinzhihuang oral solution combining with siliankangpian( Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus ,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets) in treatment of breast milk jaundice could lower the level of bilirubin quickly andshorten therapeutic period.关键词
