Abstract
The PXI technology is used to measure the MLS simulator' s scanning angle precisely. After the digitalization of the intermediate frequency(IF) signal, MLS simulator' s output signal is interpolated, filtered, etc. , so the time distinguishing ability of the scanning beam can be improved and the fiducial level' s timing error caused by linearization can be reduced. The multiple-fiducial level ( MFL) algorithm is proposed to be used in the measurement of the scanning; angle, the precision is improved in whole by weighting the measurement results, and the corresponding weighting coefficients ' calculation process is also given in detail. The experiment results show that the interpolation and filtering process can reduce the calculation discrepancy of the scanning angle caused by linearization , and that the noise ' s influence on the measurement results can be mitigated effectively by applying the MFL algorithm.关键词
