摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the issue of simplex function and low reliability in monolayer satellite network and high ISL complexity in three-layered satellite network, a framework of LEO/MEO network is proposed. Based on the "worst observational point" and " street of coverage" theory, a discontinuous connection LFO/MEO constellation is designed, and the principle to establish ISL is put forward. Furthermore , experimental results show that the network has the ability of global coverage and is easy to establish ISL.
