盐酸塞拉嗪对大鼠不同脑区Gln及AsP含量的影响
Effect of Xylazine Chlorhydric on the Glu and Asp Content in Different Encephalic Region of Rats

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to explain the possible molecular mechanisms of xylazine chlorhydric anesthesia on the central nervous system by investigating the changes of excitatory amino acids neurotransmitter content in different encephalic regions in rats. 48 Wistar rats were divided randomly into induction group, maintenance of anesthesia group,recovery from anesthesia Ⅰ group,recovery from anesthesia Ⅱ group and recovery from anesthesia Ⅲ group. The content of Glu and Asp in different encephalic regions in rats were measured by high liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. The Glu and Asp contents in the thalamus and the hippocampus in the anesthesia group were obviously decreased as compared with control group (P<0. 05 or P< 0. 01) , while the Glu and Asp contents in the cerebellum and the cerebral cortex were significantly increased (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). The recovery from anesthesia Ⅰ group the Glu and Asp contents in the above encephalic regions were obviously changed as compared with control group (P<0. 05),while the recovery from anesthesia Ⅱ group the Glu and Asp contents were revived as compared with control group (P>0. 05) . The content of the Glu and Asp in the brainstem were not obviously changed in the process of general anesthesia of xylazine chlorhydric.These results indicated that xylazine chlorhydric anesthesia have an effect on the content of the Glu and Asp in the different encephalic regions. Xylazine chlorhydric anesthesia may be concerned with decrease the Glu and Asp contents in the thalamus and the hippocampus and increase in the cerebellum and the cerebral cortex,the hippocampus was the best sensitive encephalic region.关键词
