运用模块化理论进行舰船上战创伤手术器械配备的研究
Research on Accoutrements of Trauma Surgical Instruments with Modularizing Theory on Naval Vessel
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop the optimal scheme of surgical instrumental accouterments on naval vessel, and improve utilization efficiency of surgical instrument. Methods Surgical instruments were divided into 6 modules according to moduIanzing theory. i.e. Cranio-cerebral, Pectoral. Abdominal. Appendicular. General Ⅰ, and General Ⅱ. Then each of the 6 modules was optimized through expert consultations and surgical operations. Reaults The optimal scheme of surgical instrumental accoutrements was put forwarded which can meet the needs of surgical operations, while number and categories of surgical instruments were sharply decreased compared with those in clinical settings. Coucluaion Accoutered by modules,surgical instruments' utilization efficiency and their adaptability to response have been improved. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2011, 32 ( 7) : 26-27]关键词
