摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of negative pressure ventilation via self-made respiraLor on patients with chronic ohstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 68 patients with COPD were randomly grouped into two groups namely treatment and control groups. The 35 patients of treatment group was applied with negative pressure ventilation via a self-made respirator; the 33 patients of control group with the common nasal-duct oxygenation. The two groups was both given antibiotics and Symptomatic treatment. The parameters including artery blood pH value, pa(O2) and Pa(CO2), FVC , FEV1％ were measured before and after the treatments. Results After treatment, Pa(O2), FVC, FEV1％ of treatment group are increased significantly(P＜ 0.05) than those of control groups while pa(CO2) and medical fee decreased. Conclusion negative pressure ventilation via a self made respirator might achieve more affective and also improve the pulmonary function. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011 ,32(7) :59-60]关键词
