摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the specialty of dental hospital this paper puts forwards that oral high-value medical supplies should be given centralized bidding, zero inventory management and quality tracking. A comprehensive assessment of the supplier significantly reduces agents in the second and third level and increases high consumables procurement transparency.Shortages in hospital are solved in traditional 'procurement - inventory - release' management model. The financial burden of patients is reduced. This model ensures safe and effective use of high value supplies, and promotes rapid and healthy development of the hospital.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal , 2011 ,32 (7) : 109-110]关键词
