Abstract
Peripheral vertigo,one of the most common symptoms of neurology,seriously affects the work performance and daily life of patients,and is drawing more and more clinical attention.Peripheral vertigo has a wide range of symptoms and signs,arising from a number of causes that clinically involve multiple disciplines.Based on the typing analysis and exploration of causes of peripheral vertigo,the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vertigo should be focused for further improving clinical doctors'understanding of peripheral vertigo.According to the clinical features of peripheral vertigo,corresponding examination approaches should be selected,the corresponding program of diagnosis and treatment done timely and the clear thought pattern for diagnosis and treatment of vertigo diseases established,which may be helpful for guidance in clinical work and decrease of misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate in clinic.关键词
