摘要
Abstract
Based on two-factor experiment of sawing Wulian red granite with diamond circular saw, the relation between cutting force with cutting speed and feed rate was studied. Through the range analysis, the feed rate is the main factor that influenced the cutting force of Fx, Fy and Fx. The research shows that the cutting forces are basically reduced with the increase of cutting speed and aggrandized with the increase of feed rate. The mathematical models are concluded by regression analysis, it is the theoretical foundation for prediction of cutting forces according to the processing parameters.关键词
