摘要

Abstract

Mainly researches on laser power, scanning speed and off-focus the three process parameters affecting on the cladding layer' properties when the surface of Cr12MoV mould steel is cladding the Ni/WC alloy by using the laser. Through choosing the right process parameters to make the orthogonal experiment, then getting good laser cladding process parameters which adapt to produce the excellent hardness and surface wearable properties of cladding layer.
