α-成核剂对高冲击强度聚丙烯结晶性能和力学性能的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effect of α-Nucleating Agent on Crystallization and Mechanical Properties of High Impact Polypropylene
采用广角X射线衍射法和差示扫描量热法分析高冲击强度聚丙烯(HIPP)的结晶性能,采用偏光显微镜观察球昌生长过程,并且对其力学性能进行分析.结果表明:加入α-成核剂后,HIPP的结昌速率明显提高,晶粒尺寸变小,结晶度提高,结晶温度和熔融温度明显提高;添加少量的α-成核剂就可使HIPP的弯曲强度和弯曲模量大幅度提高,同时拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度也略有提高.
The crystal properties of high impact polypropylene (HIPP) were analyzed by wide angle X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. The spherulite growing process was observed by polarized light microscopy, and mechanical properties were analyzed.
