Abstract
The latest processing techniques of ultra high molecular weight polythene (UHMWPE) were summarized according to the problem that it was difficult to process UHMWPE due to its high molecular weight, high melt viscosity, low critical shear rate and friction coefficient, such as high velocity compaction, solid-state extrusion, gas-assisted extrusion, laser sintering processing,and so on. Research trend of UHMWPE was predicted. It points out that how to improve the processing efficiency of UHMWPE with molecular weight exceeding 10 000 000 is an important research subject.关键词
