摘要

Abstract

By taking villages and towns as the basic units, a general calculation step for the verification of the water environmental capacity for a county area is put forward herein; i.e. determining the water-land correlation of a county area and estimating the pollutant inflow volume based on the method of inflow coefficient at first, and then the ideal water environmental capacities of the main rivers within a county area is calculated with one-dimension river water quality model, furthermore, both the available water environmental capacity and the pollutant inflow reduction are calculated as well. As an actual case, the environmental capacity for county area of Neixiang County in Henan Province is verified and the result is reasonable generally.
