摘要

Abstract

The principle and method for the prototype test on large-size Kaplan turbine generator unit is introduced herein; with which the prototype test on the characteristics of the absolute efficiency of large-size turbine generator unit is realized through a method of flow rate measurement based on ultrasonic flow-meter. On the basis of the analysis on the test result of the prototype unit of Datang Jicun Hydropower Station, the optimal combination curve is determined and the optimal operation condition for the unit is adjusted, and then more obvious economic benefit is obtained as well.
