重症急性胰腺炎术后适时肠内营养支持的护理研究
A nursing reseach of timely enteral nutritional support on patients undergoing surgery for severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of timely enteral nutritional support on the outcomes of surgery for severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 48 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly assigned to receive timely enteral nutritional support(24 patients, study group), or enteral nutritional support only after the patients were in stable condition(24 patients, control group). The infection rate, mortality rate, serum level of albumin, duration of grades Ⅰ and Ⅱ nursing care, and length of hospital stay were recorded; and the efficacy was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in mortality rate between the two groups. Serum albumin level was higher in the study group than in the control group(P ＞ 0.05). Duration of grade Ⅰ nursing care and length of hospital stay were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P ＜ 0.05). Duration of grade Ⅱ nursing care did not differ significantly between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05). Conclusions Timely enteral nutritional support on patients undergoing surgery of severe acute pancreatitis can reduce infection rate, increase nutritional level, shorten duration of grade I nursing care and length of hospital stay, lower medical costs, and reduce financial burden to patient.关键词
