Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the treatment of Chinese medicine for miscarriage prevention in women of advanced maternal age and the nursing care for those women. Methods288 women of advanced maternal age received Chinese nursing care and therapies with Chinese medicine. The efficacy was observed and analyzed on days 1 to 7, 8 to 14, 15 to 21, and 22 to 30. Results The effective rate was 85% on days 22 to 30 in those women who had received Chinese nursing care and therapies with Chinese medicine, with a significant difference(P ＜ 0.01). Conclusions Chinese medicine combined with Chinese nursing care is effective in miscarriage prevention in women of advanced maternal age. It is worth popularizing and doing further research. 关键词
