摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of clinical pathway(CP)patients version in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: 80 patients who were made laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were randomly selected as subjects to be examined, divided into 2 groups of 40 patients each.Routine CP and CP patients version were respectively used in the control group and experimental group. To compared the differences satisfaction of patients, the health knowledge mastering degree and staff workload. Results There were the significant statistical difference in the index of office staff satisfaction,the doctor satisfaction,the nurse satisfaction,the health knowledge mastering degree, staff workload (P＜0. 05). Conclusions:Application of CP patients version could improve the satisfaction and medical knowledge of patients, and reduce the work of medical staff. CP patients version is an indispensable part of CP.关键词
