Abstract
Obective: Summary Perspective and cross-pinning a small incision in treatment of children with supracondylar fractures experience.Methods:30 cases of small incision perspective cross-pinning of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children were followed up, evaluation standard criteria used for efficacy evaluation system Flynn score.Results: The patients were surgical time, tourniquet time in a complete blood loss were less than 50ml; patients were followed up for 0.5 years to 5 years, fracture healing time of 3 weeks to 6 weeks; excellent elbow function in children 26 cases, good in 3 cases, poor in 1 case, the fine rate was 96.6％.Conclusion:Small incision under fluoroscopic cross Kirschner wire fixation of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children with trauma, operative time savings, reduction and accurate, without periosteal stripping, etc., it is a very effective treatment.关键词
