摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relativity between the peripheral arterial disease(PAD) and other diabetic complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: Contrast clinical data between the patients with PAD (group A)and patients without PAD (group B) with statistics method.Results: There is no obvious differences between the two groups in age and obesity indices, and the incidence of diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy and stroke is similar.Compare to group B, patients in group A have longer course, higher smoking rate, higher rate of family history of diabetes, higher blood pressure, higher rate of other diabetes complications such as coronary heart disease and neuroiogic disease.Conclusion:PDA is relative with many factors.Once we find one of diabetes risk factors, intervention should be carried out earlier to prevent progressive diseases.关键词
