Molecular identification of psbA-trnH intergenic spacers' sequences of Morinda officinalis How and its counterfeit species

Abstract
Objective To perform the molecular identification for Morinda officinalis and its counterfeit species based on psbA-trnH intergenic spacers' sequences. Methods Total DNA was extracted and gene sequence was amplified by PCR. PCR product was directly sequenced after purification. Sequences were analyzed with Clustral X and MEGA 3.1 software. Results The length of psbA-trnH intergenic spacers'sequences was 306 bp. Distinctive variation sites among them can be observed. Conclusion The psbA-trnH intergenic spacers' sequences could be used to identificate Morinda officinalis and its counterfeit species.关键词
