Abstract
Objective To establish the determination method of abrine in Jigucao capsule. Methods HPLC was performed to determine abrine on Phenomenex-ODS colunm (250 mm × 4.0 mm, 5 μm), with gradient elation consisted of methanol-0.5％ glacial acetic acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was at 270 nm,and the column temperature was at room temperature. Results The content of abrine showed a good linearity in the range of 0.5 - 10 μg(r =0.999 8) ,and the average recovery(n =6) was 101.89％.Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and precise for quality control of the abrine in Jigucao capsule.关键词
