树龄对毛橘红药材中黄酮类物质含量的影响
Study on the effect of tree age on total flavonoids in Cirri grandis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study on the effect of tree age on total flavonoids in Citrigrandis. Methods The contents of total fiavonoids were determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and naringin was assayed with HPLC in fruits from different years of Citrus grandis ‘ tomentosa' Results The contents of total flavonoids and naringin were 23.78％ and 15.53％ respectively ,which were the highest in the fruits of Citri grandis collected from 4 years old mother trees. However, the results were 10.48％ and 6.42％ respectively, the lowest in the fruits collected from 6 years old mother trees. Conclusion The age of mother tree may affect the contents of total flavonoids and naringin in fruits from Citri grandis of the same origin.The contents are highest in the fruits collected from 4 years old mother trees. But they may decline with the growth of tree age in the fruits from 5 atd 6 years old trees.关键词
