Abstract
In order to studied the effect of tobacco pitchfork decomposition (concentration gradient are 0.00, 0.25, 0.50,0.75, 1.00 g/mL respectively) on tobacco growth, flue-cured tobacco cultivars K326 was studied with floating breeding method. The results show that: 1) the tobacco pitchfork decomposition can promote seedling growth plant growth when the concentration is 0.25g/ml, while it control tobacco growth when the concentration are 0.50, 0.75,1 g/mL respectively and the inhibition increases with its concentration increasing; 2) viewing from physiology and biochemistry indexes,decomposition inhibits the total content of chlorophyll, root activity and nitrate reeducates activity and thc inhibition stronger with the concentration increasing; 3) peroxidase activity and malondialdehyde content were higher than controlled group.关键词
