Abstract
The dyeing properties of green walnut husk on tussah silk fabric were discussed.Green walnut husk coloring matter was extracted with hot water.The effects of dye concentration, pH value and temperature on dyeing were investigated.The optimum conditions of dyeing tussah silk fabric with green walnut husk were obtained by the orthogonal and single factor analysis experiments: pH value 4, volume fraction of dye liquor 16％,temperature 70 ℃.The color difference of tussah fabric could be gained through different mordant such as Cu2+,Fe2+, Al3+.The color fastness of green walnut husk dyed tussah silk fabric was good, direct dyeing and mordant dyeing sample could both reach more than level 3.The dyeing properties of after mordant dyeing were better than those of premordant dyeing.关键词
