鼻咽癌放射敏感性与MDR1基因多态性的相关性
Radiosensitivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and MDR1 gene polymorphism

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relevance between the polymorphisms of the human multidrug resistant gene ( MDR1 ) and radiosensitivity to radical radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods Blood samples were collected from 48 NPC patients. The genotypes for MDR1 polymorphisms ( G2677T in exon 21 and C3435T in exon 26)were determined via the method of PCR and genotype sequencing, and the G2677T- C3435T haplotype was also constructed for analysis. Results The 2677TT genotypo was associated with a significantly lower radiasensitivity compared with the combined 2677GG and GT genotype( P =0.017). The 3435Tr genotypo was associated with a significantly worse radiotherapy response compared with the combined 3435CC and CT G enotypo(P = 0. 022). The haplotype of 2677T-3435T also indicated a significant decline of radiosensitivity compared with the other haplctypes (P = 0. 013). Conclusions The MDR1 G2677T and C3435T polymorphisms might help predict the response to radical radiotherapy as genetic markers in NPC patients.关键词
