颌下腺部分切除术后腺体外分泌功能的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe secretory function of the reserved partial submandibular gland after submandibular gland partial resection. Methods Fifty-two cases with submandibular gland benign tumor were divided into two groups averagely and randomly. Group A accepts the resection of the tumour and partial submandibular gland surrounding the tumor (submandibular gland partial resection). Group B did the routine resection of the tumour and submandibulur gland. The average resting saliva secretion in the sublingual area was detected within 5 minutes before surgery and at the 1st week, the 2nd week, the 1st month and the 6th month after surgery in the two groups, then compared and analysed between the two groups. Results The average resting saliva secretion in the sublingual area within 5 minutes before surgery in the two groups were basically identical. The average resting saliva secretion in the sublingnal area within 5 minutes at the 1st week, the 2nd week, the 1st month and the 6th month after surgery in the group A was obviously higher than that of the group B. The average resting saliva secretion of the group A in the sublingual area within 5 minutes was increasing following the order of the 1st week, the 2nd week, the 1st month and the 6th month after surgery. The saliva secretion at the 6th month after surgery of the group A showed only a slight decrease compared with preoperation. The saliva secretion after surgery of the group B was the half of the preoperation. Conclusion Submandibular gland partial resection reserves exocrine function of submandibular gland to the full. The exocrine function of the reserved submandibular gland gradually recovers over time. Thus the study proves the feasibility of the submandibular gland partial resection furtherly.关键词
