Abstract
Objective While exploring and analyzing the reasons for failure of BD-PCD test, to make corresponding countermeasures to improve the passing rate of BD test, ensure the quality of sterilization, and take precautions against and control of hospital infection. Method The BD-PCD test results of our department between May 2010 and April 2011 are analyzed.Result There are 17 failing cases of the total of 419 BD-PCD tests. Among those, 13 cases because of the equipment and 4 cases because of the operation.Conclusion By strengthening the technical training of staff, standardizing the operations, improving the equipment maintenance and troubleshooting timely, it can improve the success rate of BD-PCD test to ensure the security of health care.关键词
