摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the anti-interference ability of the ACL TOP hemostasis analyzer. Methods
PT,AlyTT,TT and FIB were detected twenty times respectively in normal appearance plasma. The different
concentrationa of interferents (hemolysiB.lipemia.chylous samples) were put respectively into experimental
plasmas ,in which PT.APTT,TT and FIB were measured. Results When PT, APTT,TT and FIB were
measured repeatedly for precision test,CV was less than 4 ％.For accuracy test P＞0.05. The ability of
anti-hemolytic. jaundice interference is good, but high concentrations of triglycerides interfered with the
test results of PT and APTT. Conclusion The ACL TOP coagulation analyzer,with a good precision and
accuracy result. has a great anti-interference ability of bemolysis and jaundice samples. which also has a
certain ability of anti-TG interference.关键词
