摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the MRI features of injuries of patella ligament and Femoralquadriceps tendon, meanwhile diagnosis. Methods 14 knees with rupture of the patella ligament and femoral quadricepstendon were treated from August 2007 to April 2010. They were retrospectively evaluated with characteristics of MRI. Results MRI scans clearly showed Ligaments injuries and tears, injuries expression is with in such as T1 WI, T2 WI showed low or moderate signal,While Ligaments tore the normal ligament structure disappear, visible ligamentous cut ends displacement, patella gression. 14 cases were associated with knee soft tissue or bone damage and joint hydrops. Conclusion patella ligament and Femoralquadriceps tendon are part of compound knee injuries, clinical manifestation easily covered by other damage, MRI can provide diagnosis.关键词
