摘要

Abstract

Objective With principles of cardiac electrophysiology, exercise cycles and multi-slice CT acquisition, discusses how to use the multi-slice CT coronary artery scan to optimize the image to meet clinical diagnostic requirements. Methods From March 2009 until today we use the optimal pitch, the most optimal rack speed CT imaging for coronary artery , and 100 patients were collected for the A1 group, compared with 100 cases from December 2007 to February 2009 with fixed pitch, fixed Rack speed CT coronary artery imaging for the B1 group. And in February 2010 during which we use a fixed pitch machine with default 14.4 and fixed rack speed 0.4s/rot, 60 patients with suspected coronary artery disease took CT examination, 8 cases in which got poor image quality. Then the 8 cases of poor image quality of these patients, used optimal pitch, optimal rack speed scan again. The latter for the A2 group, The former or the B2 group. Results The scores of A group were significantly higher than that of B group. Conclusion The optimal pitch, the optimal rack speed can greatly improve the success rate and the image quality of coronary CT imaging.
