动态血糖监测系统在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的应用分析

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Method: 40 cases of patients with GDN were divided into two groups randomly-the control group (20 cases) and the treatment group (20 cases). CGMS were employed in the treatment group ,while the control group only used the fingertip glucometer to monitor glucose. Then the level of the glucose were compared in both groups. Result: The incidences of the glucose of treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ); the general situation of the glucose control in treatment group were also significantly better than that in the control group , such as glucose control time (6.3 ± 2.7 d v.s. 9.4 ± 3.3 d, P ＜ 0.05 ), symptom relief time (7.5 ±2.8 d v. s.11.6 ± 4.2 d,P ＜ 0.05), average time in hospital (9.4 ± 3.5 d v.s 14.6 ± 4.3 d,P ＜ 0.01) ;The situation of HbA1c for two groups suggested that the treatment group was more stable than the control group on the glucose control. Conclusion: The clinical effects of CGMS is better than the control group , which only can take the use of diet-control methods.关键词
