脑胶质瘤组织中MCMS、Ki-67的表达及临床意义
Expression and significance of MCM5 and Ki-67 in human glioma

Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of MCM5 and Ki-67 in the development and progression of glioma.Methods Forty-four resected gliomas specimens ( tumor group) and 6 normal brain tissues ( normal group) were selected,and the expression of MCM5 and Ki-67 were assessed by immunohistochemistry staining [ the results were expressed as labeling index (LI) ]. The correlation between the two parameters and clinicopathological features in tumor group were ahalyzed using spearman rank correlation analysis. Results The LI for MCM5 in tumor group and normal group were 12.96 ±8.49 and 0 respectively (P <0.05 ); the LI for Ki-67 in tumor group and normal group was 10.09 ± 7.07 and 0 respectively (P <0.05). The positive expression of MCM5 and Ki-67 was closely related to glioma differentiation. MCM5 expression was significantly higher than Ki-67 expression in tumors with different grades, and the two indexes were positively associated with each other. Conclusions The high expression of MCM5 and Ki-67 play an important role in incidence and development of glioma; the MCM5 is more sensitive in reflecting the vegetative state of tumor cell.关键词
