摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigate the clinical application and experience of repairing long bone defect and osteomyelitis with free vascular fibular transplantation. Methods Treatment 11 patients with long bone defect included 6 cases of tibia and 5 cases of humerus. Results All the cases survived by repairing long bone defect with free vascular fibular transplantation, following-up 6～12 months. No infection, bone nonunion. Conclusion It is an effective method to repaired long bone defect and osteomyelitis with free vascular fibular transplantation.关键词
