摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the operative method and operative results for complex acetabular fractures.Methods From Apr2007 to Oct 2010, 33 patients with complex acetabular fractures were treated by open reduction and internal reconstructive plate fixation. There were 20 males and 13 females, with a mean age of 39.4 years ( range from 19 to 55 years).According to Letournel classification of acetabular fracture, Kocher-Langenbeck approach, ilioinguinal approach or Stoppa approach and anterior combined posterior approach were adopted for different fractures. A complete physical examination with use of the modified Merle d' Aubignt score was preformed to evaluate the results of acetabular fracture treatment.Results All patients were followed up for an mean duration of 12 months (range from 6 to 36 months). Fracture union was obtained in all the patients. Base on the modified Merle d' Aubigm score, the result was excellent in 20 patients,good in 7, fair in 6, with the excellent-good rate of 81.8％ .Conclusion Correct classification of the acetabular fracture,choose appropriate surgical approach, good reduction and stable internal fixation were the essence in the surgical treatment of complex acetabular fracture.关键词
