Abstract
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of the common bile duct primary suture after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE). Methods :This study was a randomly controlled clinical trial, the 43 patients with common bile duct stones or suspected stones were randomly divided into primary suture group (18 cases) and T tube drainage group (25 cases). Two groups were compared in operative time, blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery time, postoperative hospital stay and complications. Results: The difference of two groups in operative time, blood loss, postoperative complications was not statistically significant ( P ＞ O. 05). The difference in bowel function recovery time and postoperative hospital stay between 2 groups was statistically significant ( P ＜ O. 05 ). Conclusions: On the basis of strictly surgical indications, the primary suture of common bile duct after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration is safe and feasible.关键词
