摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration. Methods:The clinical data of 20 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy and fiber choledochoscopic common bile duct exploration during Mar. 2009 and Dec. 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Among the 20 cases, laparoscopic surgery were performed successfully in 18 cases,and 2 cases were converted to open operation. 20 cases were put T-tube. All of them were cured without complications. Conclusions: Laparoscopy and choledochoscopy is safe and effective in treatment of choledocholithiasis, and worth generalization.关键词
