Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical value of laparoscopic radical operation for colorectal cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 210 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated with laparoscopic radical surgery were retrospectively analyzed, the operative methods and follow-up results were reviewed. Results:All 210 patients survived in this operation, 168 patients underwent total mesorec tal excision, colorectal or anal anastomosis, and 42 patients underwent abdominal-perineal resection (Miles). The average blood loss was 70.5 ml, the mean operative time was 110 min,and the mean intestinal function recovery time was 20 h. Postoperative anastomotic leak age occurred in 8 cases. Perineal wound infection occurred in 5 cases among 42 patients of Miles operation. All patients were discharged and followed up for an average of 13 months, local recurrence was found in 5 cases. Conclusions: Laparoscopic radical resection of colo rectal cancer is safe, reliable, with less blood loss, shorter hospital stay, faster recovery of intestinal function, is worthy of clinical appli cation.关键词
