Correlation Analysis of the Physical and Chemical Properties of Wool among Strains of Chinese Merino (Xinjiang Junken Type)
摘要
Abstract
To study wool qualities among strains of Chinese Merino(Xinjiang Junken type). The physical and chemical properties of wool were assayed,the correlations between these properties and the main economic traits were analyzed in super fine wool strain,A strain,B strain,wool prolific strain, mutton prolific strain. The results showed that the average wool cluster length of A strain was the most length, the average fiber diameter of super fine wool strain was significantly lower than the other strains(P<0.05) ,but the average wool curvature was significantly increased than the other strains (P<0.05). The average wool yield of B strain was most, and the average wool yield of mutton prolific strain was significantly lower than the other strains(P<0.05). The average clean wool glossiness of wool prolific strain was most, but the average clean wool glossiness among strains was no significantly more(P>0.05). There vas significant negative correlation between fiber diameter and curvature(P<0.01) ,it was significant positive correlation between fiber diameter and wool yield(P<0.05) ,it was significant negative correlation between curvature and wool yield(P<0.05) ,it was significant negative correlation between curvature and wool cluster length(P<0.01), it was significant positive correlation between wool yield and wool cluster length(P<0.01),it was significant positive correlation between wool cluster length and clean wool glossiness(P<0. 05). The quality of wool of super fine wool strain was best comparing to other strains. It showed that wool characteristics of strains are same as breeding aims.关键词
